ORDERING INFORMATION

 

Product Availability

When an order is placed, you will be given an estimate as to when the product will be shipped. While some products are in stock, please note that many of our controllers are made to order. Ordering as far in advance as possible is recommended. Delivery on custom projects can be as much as 30 to 45 days, depending on a number of factors. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding availability.

Custom Designs

Front panel designs must be approved by the customer before work can begin on any custom project. Any changes from original specifications after work has begun will result in charges over and above the quoted amount.

Returns

Items returned for reasons other than product defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at 330-995-9642 to obtain a return authorization number and arrange for return shipping.

Payment

We bill most customers on a net 30 basis, with credit approval. Checks are the only form of payment accepted, we do not take credit cards.

Shipping

Products are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping charges are added to the invoice. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tax

Ohio Sales tax is charged to products shipped to Ohio.

Warranty

All Tunwall Radio products come with a one-year warranty for parts, beginning with the date of delivery. Technical support is always available during business hours, 9am-6pm EST, M-F.
